As a senior engineering team member, you will lead the design, specifications, and multi-discipline coordination of fire protection system projects. You are a professional fire protection engineer or EIT with the knowledge and leadership skills to take projects from start to finish. Your 5+ years of experience at a design and engineering firm have given you an understanding of design standards, methods, procedures, and “state-of-the-art” design techniques that enable you to find the best solution for each project. We Seek:
Highly motivated collaborative individuals will join our senior-level staff. This individual would need to bring leadership experience, innovative thinking skills, strong teamwork skills, adaptability and flexibility, and a go-getter attitude.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical or Construction
- At least 5 years of experience as a fire protection engineer at a design and engineering firm or as a design engineer at an installation firm
- Advanced competency with AutoCAD and MS Office
- Demonstrated experience leading projects from concept to certificate of occupancy
- Ability to think independently but collaborate with a team for the best possible solution
- Exceptional personal, written, and presentation skills – authentic, respectful, and kind
- Problem-solving ability, strong work ethic, and pride in ownership
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities shift regularly
- Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
